The Process

We use only the freshest ingredients to make our jerky. The best cuts of meat from the elk, buffalo/bison and deer(venison). Top grade turkey and beef that makes the tenderest jerky you have ever had.

We use only the best spices, BBQ sauce and just the right honey glaze to make our jerky the best.

The slower the better. We take our time when smoking our jerky giving it a bold taste.
