For those of you who are reading this, please read on. I ordered the maple and the smoked turkey jerky last week here in California. I am always a little wary of ordering online, however, my order was processed and shipped the next business day with emails keeping me posted of progress. My jerky came when they wrote it would. It was clean, fresh, and full of flavor. It was not dry at all. I looked at the suprisingly multiple number of jerky websites for good turkey jerky. This place has the best value and there are no risks. Also, I put some cajun spice on some of the pieces for an extra kick which was great. Maybe I can talk them into making a hot & spicy flavor? I will order again. Thank you.
