We use fifty year old tried and true special recipe's, handed down for generation. Using an all natural blend of seasonings, our beef and game jerky is marinated for hours to bring out the best flavors. The meat is then smoked slowly to make tender and juicy jerky. This is a three day jerky making process that includes vacuum sealing to lock in all of the flavor.
